One of our most popular goat cheeses! The name derives from the French word bûche, simply meaning "log", which describes the shape of the cheese. Bucheron is quite versatile.

When young, it is mild, tangy, and great for crumbling over salads.

As it ages it becomes creamier, stronger and more spreadable.
