Shipping & Return Policy

When you order products and gifts from The Cheese Store of Beverly Hills, you can be assured we will ship your merchandise with the utmost care.  All items are shipped from our store here in Beverly Hills. We strive to ship orders the same day they are placed, but in some instances, orders may require 2 business days to ship.  Please check the information below to review our shipping policies.


Please note that all perishable items are automatically shipped NEXT DAY (next business day) to ensure your product arrives in the best condition. All products are carefully packaged to maintain optimum quality. As needed, your order will be packed with ice packs for shipment.


We guarantee delivery only to the address you provide, so please double check your shipping address to include:

• correct street number (no PO Boxes)
• unit, suite or apartment number
• business name if applicable
• zip code

One omission or typographical error can cause your package to stop in its tracks and miss delivery deadlines.
All delivery companies will charge extra for corrections.

Shipments that you re-direct cannot be guaranteed to deliver on time and will incur extra charges. 

Signature Required

On packages where a delivery signature is required, and no one is available to sign, delivery service deadlines are not guaranteed.

Shipping Times

In-stock items ordered before 3pm PST are usually shipped the same day. Delays may occur due to weather, availability or other circumstances.

• Under normal conditions, orders placed before 3 pm PST Monday through Friday will ship that day.
• Orders placed after 3 pm PST Monday through Thursday will ship the following day.
• Orders placed after 3 pm PST on Friday will ship the following Monday as we are unable to ship during the weekend. Also, please note that 
  Saturday and Sunday are not counted in the transit times listed on our site.
• Orders containing perishables, placed after 3 pm PST Friday will ship on Monday if a Saturday delivery is not chosen.

If you have a problem when you receive your order, please call us right away or send an email so we can figure out together how to fix it. We cannot take back fresh cuts of cheese because you do not like them. But we promise we will do what we can to satisfy you!
