Crudo Extra Virgin Olive oil produced by the Schiralli family since 1922 in the foothills of Bari in the Puglia region of Italy. Crudo oil is produced using only one type of olive, the Ogliarola. The olives are grown and pressed onsite using a continuous cycle production method. The oil tastes of green olives, fresh almonds and artichokes with a delicate sweetness and fruity aftertaste. Perfect on salads, bruschette and Mediterranean style dishes.
