Gianni Calogiuri's family has produced Vincotto Originale since 1825 from locally grown Negroamaro and Malvasia Negra grapes in Puglia, a region of Southern Italy.

How to use Fig Vincotto:
A versatile dressing. It can be used as a condiment over roasted and boiled meats, carpaccio, grilled fresh water fish, soups and minestrone, cheese, sorbet, fruit salad and ice cream.
