With a white to pale yellow pate and greenish-blue veins, Gorgonzola Dolce Latte is creamier and more mild than Stilton and more buttery than Roquefort. A luscious creamy blue, mild when young to quite strong when aged. Excellent for pasta sauce, or in risottos.
