As you may remember from last year, Inception Viognier is definitely a staff favorite here at CSBH. Winemaker George Pitsironis has outdone himself with this wine, so, if you loved 2010, the 2012 is out of this world. It is one of the most complete Viogniers made in the Central Coast. It’s not cloying, thick, or waxy but elegant, aromatic and perfectly balanced. It is the ultimate Viognier to go with roast pork and summer vegetables. The aromatics are not overdone...they’re in line with the fruit which completes this very well made wine.

Like a giant Valençay in shape and taste, except this one is raw goats milk made in the Bordeaux area of St. Estephe. It can be quite chalky and have the distinct taste of musty cellar and mold. It is the perfect accompaniment to a well-balanced Viognier.
