In 1885 Maison Delouis produced vinegars and mustards. It now makes Mayonnaise and Sauce Aioli. Both full of deep, rich flavor, Delouis Mayonnaise is made with sunflower oil and a touch of fresh lemon. Their Sauce Aioli is mayonnaise heightened with the addition of garlic. Traditionally paired with seafood, platters of vegetables and poached fish, you should also try as a garnish for crabcakes or other fried fish. Or use as a topping for French Fries!
