Domaine Ott Clos Mireille Rosé Côtes de Provence 2011 $47
Our most popular and asked for Rosé is undoubtedly Domaine Ott. It is the quintessential wine of Cannes and of summertime. Made from a blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Grenache, and Cinsaut, it is fresh and vibrant. Perfect for sitting by the pool or at lunch with some fish hot off the grill.
The Domaine was first founded in 1912 by Alsatian Marcel Ott. There are 3 domaines that bear the name Ott (Clos Mireille, Château Romassan, and Château de Selle.) Clos Mireille is in the Var area of Provence. The Clos has 47 hectares of vine planted, a beautiful 18th century farmhouse, and views of the ocean...an ideal spot to enjoy the wine.
Rondo Cow / Goat California $20 each
A wonderful blend of cow and goat milks from Soyoung Scanlan, one of our state's greatest cheesemakers. Light and delicate, it goes perfectly well with a glass of Rosé.
