Jody Denton’s Prosciutto & Asiago Cheese Crostini

1 Ciabatta or similar bread, cut into 12 1" slices
6 oz thinly sliced Asiago Cheese
12 oz thinly sliced Prosciutto di Parma
4-6 oz White Truffle Honey
Toast bread in a degree oven until golden brown, about 4-5 minutes.
Remove from oven and top with cheese.
Return to the oven for an additional minute to soften the cheese.
Place the crostini on a serving platter, layer with prosciutto slices and liberally drizzle with White Truffle Honey. Serve warm.
